Ridge Capital Solutions Review
A research review of Ridge Capital Solutions’ R-Series automated forex and metals systems: how trades reach a customer’s MetaTrader 5 account, public performance records, risk disclosures, contract terms and the limits of the evidence.
Ridge licenses a changing family of automated systems and publishes ten provider-associated real accounts on Myfxbook. Its contract, website and sales pages give a detailed account of how the service is delivered.
Strategy logic, default risk settings and customer comparability are not public. On the accounts checked, Myfxbook has not verified the track record, and Ridge’s own documents disagree on refund terms and broker regulation.
Leveraged forex trading can cause substantial losses. Historical account results do not establish a customer’s future return or maximum loss.
What is Ridge Capital Solutions?
Ridge Capital Solutions sells licences to automated trading systems. It describes itself as a “Technology (Software As Service) Provider”, not a broker or fund manager.
In practice, a customer buys a licence for one of the R-Series systems, opens a broker account through an introducing-broker (IB) link supplied by Ridge, and connects that account to Social Trader Tools (STT), a third-party cloud trade copier. Ridge’s signals are then copied into the customer’s account as real trades. The licence agreement states that the product requires a third-party trade-copying service to turn signals into executed positions.
Ridge is best understood as a provider of a product family rather than a single bot. System names have been added, renamed and dropped over time.
The public record identifies the delivery model, the product line-up and a set of provider-associated accounts. The strategy discussion, performance evidence and risk section explain which deeper details are documented and which are not.

How Ridge’s signals reach an MT5 account
The broad operating model is set out in Ridge’s licence agreement and confirmed by Social Trader Tools’ own documentation.
The customer opens an MT5 hedging account through Ridge’s IB link; the broker holds the funds.
The account is connected to the STT cloud copier with its full trading password. No VPS is needed.
Ridge’s system generates trades; STT copies them to the follower account using the customer’s settings.
Orders are filled, rejected or slipped by the customer’s broker under its own conditions.
Ridge states that it has only viewing rights and that only the customer can deposit or withdraw. STT confirms that a follower account needs full trading credentials, because a read-only investor password cannot open or close trades. Trading authority is not withdrawal authority, but whether Ridge staff ever see the trading password during assisted setup is not documented. An older Ridge sales page also says trades “can and will be managed manually” during disruption, which sits uneasily with the view-only description. Ridge FAQ · STT credential requirements · Ridge sales page.
Earlier Ridge documentation, still online, describes a different setup: an Expert Advisor installed in MT4 or MT5 on the customer’s own VPS. That model has been replaced and should not be read as describing the current STT delivery.
R-Series strategy, automation and AI claims
The licence agreement describes software that transmits signals and executes user-configured automation through STT, and the Myfxbook accounts are live MT5 records. This establishes the delivery model, not the underlying code.
The R-A10 pages describe trading confirmed market reversals across multi-pair baskets, sometimes in both directions on one pair. Signal thresholds and exit rules are not published.
Product pages describe 12 to 22 subsystems, an average maximum risk per subsystem of 2.8% for R-10/R-50, average holding of about 24 hours and around 1,000 positions a month. These are provider descriptions without a published specification.
The homepage claims deep-learning analysis of 300+ indicators per trade and data from “over 150,000 live systems”; product pages name genetic algorithms and NSGA-II. No model architecture, training data or validation was found. An automated system does not, by itself, establish machine learning.
Hidden Markov Model regime detection and XGBoost risk forecasting appear as roadmap items in the January 2025 report and the sales page. They are not shown as delivered.
The sales page describes a team led by “MP” (MIT, NASA) and “JF”, with names withheld under a non-disclosure agreement.
Indicators, timeframes, news filters, stop and target logic, and default position sizing are not published for any system.
Ridge performance: the R-10 account
Ridge’s Myfxbook profile lists ten real MT5 accounts, one per system. The R-10 account has the most complete public statistics and is shown here; the other accounts follow separately. The figures describe that account on 13 October 2026. They are historical observations, not a return forecast.
Withdrawals of USD 25,000 exceed deposits of USD 10,000, and the balance is well below the USD 35,330.89 peak in equity. Myfxbook’s percentage gain is time-weighted and does not show what a depositor’s money did over time. Average win was USD 4.67 against an average loss of USD 7.11; swaps and commissions totalled about USD 4,290.
What the record establishes
- Ten provider-associated accounts labelled real, MT5 and 1:100 are public on Myfxbook.
- Myfxbook verifies trading privileges on the R-10 and R-50 accounts.
- R-10 trades at GNT Capital and showed more than 21,000 completed trades.
- Both long and short trades are represented.
- R-10 showed −19.56% for 2026 at the capture date.
- The account was updating on the capture date.
Important limitations
- On R-10 and R-50, Myfxbook has not verified the track record or live updates. The other eight accounts have not been checked. See Myfxbook’s verification definitions.
- Open trades and trade history are private. Ridge’s sales page says this prevents copy trading.
- Monthly history starts in 2022, but the Myfxbook profile was created in October 2024; the history was connected after the fact.
- Earlier R-X5 and R-X25 accounts were replaced with new IDs rather than continued.
- Customer version, settings, broker and leverage equivalence are not established.
- Myfxbook tracking is not an audit of Ridge’s code, AI claims or customer outcomes.

| R-A10 BalanceGNT Capital | 117.96% / 13.94% | Separate R-A10 basket configuration. |
Myfxbook’s maximum drawdown cannot decrease, so higher drawdowns than in an earlier, undated search snapshot show that R-50, R-10 and R-A10 Element declined materially before 13 October 2026. Ridge’s homepage calls these results “verified”; on the two accounts checked, that goes further than Myfxbook’s own indicators support.
R-50: a 30% loss in the week to 13 October
On 13 October 2026 the R-50 account at GNT Capital showed −30.47% for the week, about USD 105,969, and a maximum drawdown of 34.38%.
A cached page from 21 September 2026 showed R-50 at 396.66% and a 25.47% drawdown, so the drawdown passed 30% after that date. Ridge’s sales page says R-50 risk is managed “to never permit a DD of more than 30%”. Myfxbook’s method may differ from Ridge’s own definition, which is not published.
Equity equal to balance normally means no positions were open at capture. That is consistent with a large set of positions being closed together, which would match a promotional article’s description of an automatic close-out near 30%. This is an inference: trade history is private, so neither the trigger nor the mechanism can be confirmed.
Do customer accounts match the showcase?
Ridge says that all user accounts mirror the same results and that all connected R-50 and R-400 systems hold identical positions. Those are provider claims.
The showcase accounts run at 1:100, mostly at GNT Capital. Customers use various brokers, and the licence agreement makes the customer responsible for settings and states that spreads, leverage, slippage and execution vary by broker and can materially affect results. STT also allows follower-specific sizing, symbol mapping and stop handling.
No aggregated customer results or independently attributable customer tracking accounts were found. Individual reviews cite figures such as roughly 1% a month, around 20% on R-A10 over a year, and losses on other systems. These are anecdotal and unverified.
Whether the showcase accounts represent customer outcomes is not established from the public material reviewed.
Ridge risk controls and leverage
Provider descriptions and account statistics answer different questions. Neither establishes a guaranteed limit on future loss.
A promotional TechBullion article says all positions close automatically if an account reaches a drawdown of around 30%. Ridge does not state this in its own documents. One Trustpilot reviewer alleges that losing positions were held and that communicated caps were not triggered. Both are unverified third-party claims. Ridge’s risk descriptions · Myfxbook drawdown definition.
What happens during a drawdown?
Ridge says subsystems that hit their limits are deactivated and replaced, and that its systems step back in unfavourable conditions. It cites a November 2024 episode in which affected subsystems were hedged and later closed at a loss.
The legacy R-10 Expert Advisor exposed settings to stop trading below an equity level or at a drawdown percentage. Those applied to the old installation model. For the current STT delivery, the public material does not establish whether a hard portfolio stop exists, at what level, whether trading pauses automatically, or whether STT’s Equity Monitor is enabled for customers.
The R-50 week to 13 October shows why this matters: a stated 30% cap and a 34.38% recorded drawdown cannot be reconciled from public information.
Users should request a written drawdown protocol covering stops, exposure limits, pause conditions, close-out behaviour and what the customer is expected to do.
Backtests and historical evidence
No reproducible R-Series backtest was identified in the public material.
Data sources, modelling quality, spread and slippage assumptions, out-of-sample testing, walk-forward analysis and stress tests are not published. Ridge says its systems “learned” from 2008 and 2020 market data, although they were not live then, and its sales page carries a hypothetical-performance disclaimer.
Ridge claims R-50 went live in February 2022 and R-400 in August 2022. Its monthly market reports add provider-generated trade statistics, which are useful for history but are not independent evidence.
For the distinction between these evidence types, see backtests versus live trading results.
MT5, Social Trader Tools and brokers
The copier is well documented by its operator; the broker relationships are less clear.
Ridge’s website says partner brokers must be regulated by authorities such as the FCA, FSCA and ASIC. Most showcase accounts are at GNT Capital, which lists a Cayman registration; a broker review site reports it could not find GNT among the Cayman regulator’s licensed investment businesses. Ridge’s sales page names Kubera Markets, which states it holds a Labuan licence; WikiFX flags that licence as a suspected clone, and several forum users report withdrawal problems since late 2025. These are third-party claims that have not been checked on the regulators’ own registers. Use of a broker in a showcase account does not by itself establish a commercial relationship. Ridge fund-custody statement · Social Trader Tools.
Ridge setup and customer support
Ridge presents onboarding as staff-led: the customer opens a broker account through the IB link, connects it to STT, and a Ridge team member guides the setup.
* Onboarding timing is stated in the licence agreement. The private Telegram channel and monthly PDF reports are described on the sales page. The agreement says support and updates are at Ridge’s discretion and not guaranteed. Licence agreement · Documentation site.
The documentation site still describes the legacy EA and VPS setup and does not cover the R-A10 systems. No STT-specific Ridge manual was found.
Trustpilot reviews frequently praise named onboarding staff for patience and responsiveness. These are self-reported service experiences, not trading evidence.
Ridge refund policy and licence terms
Based on the licence agreement updated 11 March 2026, checked on 13 October. The homepage’s 30-day guarantee wording must be read with these conditions.
Source: Ridge Capital Solutions terms and conditions. A refund of licence fees is different from compensation for trading losses. This is a summary, not legal advice.
A refund may be requested within 90 calendar days of onboarding. It equals the licence fee minus net profit on closed trades, measured by a customer-specific FXBlue record.
An email request, a review call, and closure of all positions, either manually or by switching the software to “close only”. The refund follows within 15 business days.
Delaying onboarding by more than 45 days, any chargeback, excessive balance changes, manual trading (closing software positions is allowed), other software on the account, starting below the recommended balance, or a non-conforming broker account.
Not using Ridge’s IB link within 30 days of activation can void the licence without refund. Unauthorised copy trading carries liquidated damages of USD 100,000 per breach plus USD 5,000 per day.
The licence can be revoked if a monthly maintenance invoice is unpaid after 14 days. The agreement warns that disabling the licence will leave open positions unmanaged.
The customer may terminate at any time, with no refund outside the refund policy. Ridge may modify, suspend or discontinue the product with reasonable efforts at notice.
Florida law, individual AAA arbitration in Miami-Dade, a class-action waiver, liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months, and a mutual non-disparagement clause lasting two years after the agreement ends.
The homepage FAQ and the sales page promise a licence-fee refund if the customer is not profitable in 30 days. A July 2026 company reply on Trustpilot described a 90-day, 3% net-return benchmark. Neither matches the agreement. The agreement is the contractual document, but which terms Ridge applies in practice is not established.
Disconnections, open trades and licence loss
The licence agreement acknowledges copier, broker and licence risks; system-specific behaviour is less documented.
Licence lapse
If the licence is disabled for non-payment, the agreement states that open positions will be left unmanaged. Handling at other terminations is not specified.
Copier outage
Ridge disclaims liability for STT interruptions. Whether open positions keep broker-side stops when the copier disconnects is not documented.
Local failures
Because STT runs in the cloud, the customer’s own computer or internet failing should not by itself stop copying. This is general platform behaviour.
Broker and market events
Spreads, slippage, gaps and margin are set by the broker. No Ridge-specific close-out sequence or continuity plan is published.

The company information below is the provider’s published information and third-party reporting. It is not a certified registry extract.
* As stated in the licence agreement and privacy policy. A registry record confirming that this provider is the named entity has not been established, and no Florida or New York filing was found. Similarly named firms, such as Coral Ridge Capital Solutions LLC in Florida, are different entities.
The website names no management. Software status and regulatory position
Ridge describes itself as a software-as-a-service provider and says it is not independently regulated by the FCA or the “Securities & Exchange Commission (SCC)”, in the website’s own wording.
The website also says its strategies are implemented under the regulatory framework of unnamed “partner Asset Management firms”. An older sales page says that outside the US, Ridge connected client accounts and managed them directly through a licensed money manager, which differs from the current software-only description.
Web searches did not identify a registration for Ridge with the SEC, FINRA, NFA or CFTC. Those databases still need direct checks. Absence of a registration result is not evidence that registration is required or that any rule has been broken.
In the US, compensated advice on certain commodity interests can fall within the commodity trading adviser category, and the CFTC has an exemption for standardised software that does not direct client accounts. Whether any registration applies depends on actual activities, permissions, personalisation and customer location. This profile makes no legal conclusion.
The privacy policy, updated 8 August 2025, covers contact and usage data, uses Meta Pixel and allows sharing with advertising partners. No Ridge security audit or certification was found; STT’s encryption statements are its own claims. Ridge privacy policy.

Ridge customer reviews and media
On 13 October 2026, Ridge’s Trustpilot profile, claimed in August 2025, showed 87 reviews. Ridge invites customers to review and had replied to 78% of negative reviews.
Positive themes include patient, responsive onboarding staff, one-to-one Zoom help and smooth system switches. Critical themes include returns below what was presented in sales, losses on particular systems, refund difficulties and showcase results not matching the reviewer’s own account. One reviewer wrote that onboarding was “as good as I've seen”; another that “the returns aren't there as promised”.
Public reviews reflect individual customer experiences and are not treated as verification of trading performance.
Media coverage is limited. NCV Media (August 2026) is independent and critical, focusing on undisclosed ownership. LA Weekly (May 2025, guest author) and TechBullion (September 2025) read as promotional. No substantive Reddit or ForexFactory discussion was found.
Trustpilot — Ridge profile ↗How to interpret the public record
Verified means something narrow
Ridge calls its results verified. On the accounts checked, Myfxbook confirms trading access but has not verified the track record.
Three refund descriptions
The homepage, the agreement and a company review reply describe different refund terms. Rely on the signed agreement and ask which applies.
Broker statements differ
The website cites FCA, FSCA and ASIC regulation and says Ridge does not recommend brokers, yet requires an IB link and refers to “Ridge-approved” brokers.
Documentation lags the product
The docs site still describes the old EA setup, R-C30 is in the FAQ but not the menu, and two account histories predate the Myfxbook profile.
Questions to ask before using an R-Series system
Which legal entity sells the licence, and who owns it?
Request the state file number, formation date and the names of the members and managers, and ask which entity operated the systems before the current one.
Do the Myfxbook accounts run the same version and settings customers receive?
Compare system version, risk settings, leverage, broker and account size with the account you would run.
Why are the Myfxbook track records not verified?
Ask whether Ridge will enable track-record verification on every showcase account and make trade history visible.
What caused R-50’s −30.47% week, and is there an automatic close-out?
Ask how the 30% cap is defined and enforced, and whether all positions close at a set drawdown.
Does any system add to losing positions or increase size after losses?
Ask for a product-specific answer on grid, averaging, recovery and martingale behaviour, with the limits enabled in your account.
Who sees or stores my trading password?
STT requires the full trading password. Ask whether Ridge staff ever handle it during setup and how access is revoked.
What happens to open positions if STT disconnects or the licence ends?
Request the safe state, whether stops sit at the broker, and who is responsible for open trades.
Which refund terms apply to me?
Ask whether the 30-day homepage wording or the 90-day agreement applies, and how net profit is calculated.
Who are the developer partner and the third-party facilitator?
Ask who receives compensation from the IB link and from customer trading.
Who are the partner asset-management firms?
Ask for their names and registrations, and what role they play for customers.
Ridge Capital Solutions review: frequently asked questions
What is Ridge Capital Solutions?
A provider that licenses automated R-Series trading systems whose trades are copied into the customer’s MT5 account through Social Trader Tools.
Who operates it?
The licence agreement names Ridge Capital Solutions LLC, described as a Delaware entity. Third-party sources associate Adam LoPorto, Luc Longmire and Kayla Van/Von Boven with the business; the website names no management.
Is it fully automated?
Yes, trade execution is automated through the copier. The customer still sets risk parameters, maintains the broker account and is advised to check the connection weekly.
Does Ridge hold my money?
Ridge says no; funds stay in the customer’s own broker account. The copier holds trading authority, not withdrawal authority.
Do I need a VPS?
Not under the current STT model, which runs in the cloud.
Does it use AI?
Ridge says so, but no public technical documentation supports the specific AI or machine-learning claims.
Does it use martingale or grid trading?
Ridge denies martingale. Grid and averaging are not addressed in the reviewed material.
Is public performance available?
Yes. Ten provider-associated real accounts are on Myfxbook. On the accounts checked, the track record is not verified, and the accounts may not reflect customer results. See the performance section.
Is Ridge regulated?
Ridge describes itself as a software provider that is not independently regulated. That statement alone does not decide whether registration is required; see the legal-context section.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, but the website and the agreement describe it differently. The agreement sets a conditional 90-day process; see the terms section.
