Galileo FX Review

A research review of Galileo FX software: configurable trade automation, public performance evidence, account control and a Trustpilot review notice.

REVIEW AT A GLANCE

Galileo FX is configurable trading software licensed by Orion Software Development S.r.l. It is described as running in a customer's own trading terminal and broker account, with preset files and optional remote setup support.

Public performance examples are chiefly backtests and historical Myfxbook strategy pages. A current, independently inspectable live account was not established. Trustpilot currently withholds its rating for GalileoFX.com and says it removed fake reviews. The notice is shown below.

* Forex is the main documented use. Metals, indices, crypto, stock CFDs and futures appear in provider marketing; actual instruments depend on the broker and licensed build. NinjaTrader compatibility is advertised but was not tested.

Automated trading can cause substantial losses. Backtests and customer reviews do not establish a likely result or maximum loss for your account.

OVERVIEW

What is Galileo FX?

Galileo FX is downloadable, user-configured trading software. The provider describes it as an Expert Advisor that trades through a customer's MetaTrader terminal and broker account.

The official store offers software licences, setting files and guided installation. Its documentation describes a sequence of bullish or bearish signals, with user-set inputs for lot size, stops, targets and maximum orders. The actual current executable, release version and complete signal formula were not inspected.

The current offering also advertises NinjaTrader, but public documentation does not establish whether that version shares the exact MetaTrader trading rules and risk engine. Galileo FX is software, not a broker account or a pooled fund in the provider's stated model.

PUBLIC REVIEW PLATFORM

Trustpilot displays a review-integrity warning

A direct platform notice is material context for reading the company's public reviews.

Trustpilot has made the company rating unavailable.

On the GalileoFX.com profile, Trustpilot attributes this to a breach of its guidelines and says it removed a number of fake reviews. The notice was visible in the supplied screenshot and on the live page checked 29 September 2026.

This establishes Trustpilot's action and wording. It does not identify who submitted the removed reviews, show that every remaining review is false, or establish how the trading software performs. Individual reviews can still inform questions about setup, support and customer terms, but they cannot verify trading results.

PRODUCT SCOPE

* The public marketing names forex, metals, indices, crypto and stock CFDs, plus futures and NinjaTrader. Availability depends on the customer's broker and licence. The product documentation does not demonstrate feature parity across all listed platforms.

OPERATING MODEL

The EA trades through the user's terminal

Its automatic execution depends on configuration, broker connection and a running terminal or VPS.

01Licence and install

Download the software and attach it to a supported terminal; remote setup help is offered.

02Set controls

Choose symbols, presets, lot size, signal thresholds, stops and order limits.

03Automated orders

The software sends trade requests to the customer's broker under the selected settings.

04Monitor and intervene

The user must monitor activity and can disable automation or manage positions manually.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

Galileo FX says it does not hold customer funds. Its Features page offers remote PC support using TeamViewer. The precise session permissions, treatment of broker passwords, ability to place trades during a session and revocation controls were not established. Disabling new EA trades need not close an existing position.

STRATEGY & TECHNOLOGY

Documented inputs, undisclosed implementation

Consecutive signals

The settings guide describes user-set bullish and bearish signal counts; the full signal definition and order timing are not public.

PARTIALLY ESTABLISHED
Stops, targets and order limits

Published configurations expose these inputs and sometimes trailing parameters. Whether the current build requires a nonzero stop, enforces a portfolio limit or rejects unsafe combinations is not shown.

PARTIALLY ESTABLISHED
AI and adaptive filters

Some marketing claims machine learning or adaptive behaviour; a provider technical article calls the tool deterministic. No product-specific model, training method or independent code review was identified.

NOT ESTABLISHED
No grid or martingale

Current provider writing denies these methods, while another provider account refers to older martingale logic that was replaced. The exact current build and historical version boundaries need evidence.

CONFLICTING INFORMATION
Broker and data sensitivity

Presets can behave differently across symbols, feeds, spreads and execution. A forum participant reported a materially different backtest rerun; that anecdote is a lead, not a controlled replication.

PARTIALLY ESTABLISHED
PERFORMANCE EVIDENCE

Public tests are not a live account record

RECORDS REVIEWED · 29 SEPTEMBER 2026

Galileo FX publishes settings and test material, and historical pages exist under Myfxbook's Strategies area. Those pages present hypothetical strategy results rather than an independently verified live brokerage account. The provider's Features page says Myfxbook verifies many results, while another provider article says it stopped using Myfxbook as its proof framework. The statements need a record-by-record explanation.

Myfxbook examplesStrategiesHistorical hypothetical tests
Forward test on exampleUnavailableSilver strategy page statement
Current live accountNot establishedNo qualifying public record identified

What is actually available

  • The provider posts setting guides and backtest examples, including a forum thread with specified symbols and periods.
  • Historical Myfxbook strategy pages show modelled results and hypothetical-performance cautions.
  • One silver-strategy discussion explicitly says a forward test is unavailable.
  • A possible account under another member name could not be matched to the provider or a current build in the reviewed public material.

What the material cannot prove

  • No identified, provider-controlled live real account cleared broker, start date, last update, verification badges, open trades, complete history and version/settings checks.
  • A Myfxbook strategy page is a backtest presentation, not the same thing as Myfxbook's separately verified account track record.
  • Test data quality, spread, commission, slippage, out-of-sample validation and cross-broker replication remain unestablished for the promoted set.
  • Customer accounts may use different presets, risk settings, brokers, leverage and execution conditions.
  • A historical gain, win rate or backtest drawdown is not a bound on a future live account's losses.

RISK STRUCTURE

Settings give choices; hard limits need proof

The risk depends on the selected parameters, broker, symbol and whether the terminal remains connected.

Lot sizeUser-setInteraction with risk-percentage input unclear
Stop loss / targetConfigurableMandatory broker-side stop not demonstrated
Maximum ordersConfigurableMeaning of zero/unlimited needs confirmation
Portfolio drawdown stopNot establishedNo universal enforced threshold shown
Grid / martingaleVersion-dependent claimCurrent absence not independently audited
Terminal outageEA cannot manageProvider warns open trades may be left unmanaged
WHEN THE PLATFORM STOPS

The provider's risk page warns that a PC, internet or VPS failure can interrupt trade management. In MT5, a stop or target actually submitted to the broker can continue to reside server-side, while EA decisions and trailing logic that depend on the terminal stop. Whether a particular Galileo configuration has a valid attached stop and how it recovers after reconnection must be checked in that account.

CUSTOMER TERMS

Licence, setup and refunds

The provider sells a software licence and offers installation help. Its public refund explanations say sales are final after access and that trading outcomes do not qualify for a refund.

The published terms and refund explanation should be read alongside the checkout text applicable to a particular buyer and jurisdiction. The complete purchase flow and annexes were not independently tested. The provider's risk material places ongoing monitoring on the user even after automation is enabled.

Remote assistance can be useful for installation, but the reviewed pages do not state which credentials support staff see, whether access persists after the session, or what the customer should do to revoke it. These questions matter as much as the no-custody statement.

Who is behind Galileo FX?

The store names Orion Software Development S.r.l. as the Italian software seller and licensor. David Materazzi is identified by the provider as its founder and chief executive.

A third-party corporate listing matches the company number; an official current chamber extract was not obtained. The homepage's address card differs from its footer and contact details, so this profile does not choose a registered-office address.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Ask for a specific version and account record

Which software build will I receive?

Request its release date, supported terminals, binary identifier and feature differences between MetaTrader and NinjaTrader.

What counts as a consecutive signal?

Ask for the precise indicator or candle rule and whether orders are sent intrabar or only after a close.

Where is the current real-account record?

Request a direct link with broker, account type, start and update dates, verification badges, open positions, full history and exact build/settings.

What type is each published result?

Separate historical backtests, demo forward tests and real-account results. Ask for data feed, spread, commission, slippage and out-of-sample method.

Are stops and overall drawdown limits enforced?

Ask for default parameters, whether a stop can be disabled, the meaning of zero maximum orders and the response to rejected stop orders.

What happens during a PC or VPS outage?

Confirm which orders are held by the broker, which EA controls stop working and how positions are reconciled after reconnection.

What can a remote installer access?

Ask who enters broker credentials, whether unattended access is permitted and how sessions are logged and revoked.

Which refund and support terms apply?

Read the current checkout contract for licence scope, installation support, cancellation, refunds and local consumer rights.

FAQ

Galileo FX review: common questions

Is Galileo FX an automated trading bot?

It is marketed as a configurable Expert Advisor that can place trades automatically after installation and setup. Users still select settings and monitor the platform.

Does it use MT4 or MT5?

Both are documented. NinjaTrader is also advertised, but the exact relationship between builds is not established.

Which markets can it trade?

Provider material names forex and other broker-dependent instruments. Check the supported symbols, account rules and contract specifications for the intended build.

Does Galileo FX hold customer funds?

The provider says no: funds remain with the customer's broker. Remote setup permissions and broker credentials should still be confirmed.

Are the Myfxbook pages live verified accounts?

The identified historical records are in the Myfxbook Strategies area and contain hypothetical-performance limitations. A qualifying current live provider account was not established in this research.

What does the Trustpilot warning mean?

Trustpilot says it removed fake reviews for this company and makes its rating unavailable for a guideline breach. It does not identify the authors of the removed reviews or assess the trading strategy.

Is the software AI-powered?

Provider marketing varies. A Galileo-specific machine-learning design or validation report was not found in the reviewed material.

Can the software limit losses?

Customers can configure stop and size inputs, but a mandatory stop and hard portfolio loss limit for every current configuration were not demonstrated.

Is a refund guaranteed?

Provider explanations say there is no money-back guarantee after digital access. The applicable checkout terms and local consumer rights require individual review.

RESEARCH METHOD

How this review was prepared

This profile compares the two supplied Galileo FX dossiers, the reader-supplied Trustpilot screenshot and targeted checks of the linked public records as of 29 September 2026. It is not an installation, account audit, code review or legal opinion.

One dossier supplies a wider list of historical Myfxbook strategy examples; the other more carefully separates hypothetical strategy pages from verified live account pages. We use that narrower classification. Neither dossier establishes a current like-for-like live result. The Trustpilot warning was checked directly against the live exact-domain profile. Reviews are customer-experience reports, not performance verification.
