NURP Review
A research review of NURP’s automated trading software: The Intelligent Trader, Myfxbook performance, drawdown, broker requirements and refund terms.
NURP offers software designed to trade through a customer’s own brokerage account. The Intelligent Trader is its main platform, with different strategies for currencies, metals and selected cryptoassets. Public product descriptions, terms and multiple tracking accounts provide a substantial research record.
The key questions are which account supports each current algorithm, how customer settings compare with showcase settings, and what happens during drawdowns or service interruptions. Public tracking does not establish typical customer results or independently audited software.
Trading can result in substantial or total losses. Historical gains and drawdowns do not establish future performance or a maximum possible loss.
What is NURP?
NURP is a trading-software and education provider operated by NURP, LLC. Its software is intended to place trades automatically in a customer’s own brokerage account.
The principal offering is The Intelligent Trader, through which NURP describes algorithm selection, risk configuration and account monitoring. The homepage names All Weather, Argos, Buterin and Talos. The solutions page also promotes Algorithm Funded Trader variants.
This NURP review examines the product descriptions, separately identified performance records, operating requirements and written customer terms. The most useful public evidence is the named account history and published documentation; the main limits are incomplete version mapping, private trading fields and untested technical controls.
This is a public-source research review. ATI did not operate a funded NURP account, inspect its code or conduct an independent audit. Read the method and evidence labels alongside the findings.
The Intelligent Trader and NURP’s named algorithms
The homepage and solutions page describe four principal algorithms with different markets and risk settings. The details below are provider descriptions; tracker names and older tables need a dated mapping to current products.
The homepage names All Weather, Argos, Buterin and Talos; a comparison table still lists Gold Digger. The September 1 tracker research records Argos, Helios, Midas and Zeus on NurpAlgos, plus an All Weather page described as deleted. These names do not establish a common release, risk setting or currently available product.
How NURP’s automated trading software works
This describes the provider's intended workflow, not independently audited order-routing infrastructure.
The customer funds and controls an external brokerage account.
Nurp describes a secure connection through The Intelligent Trader.
The user selects systems, risk settings and whether automation is active.
Orders are generated and routed to the connected broker for execution.
The Intelligent Trader manual says no VPS is required, while remote-use material describes cloud access. MT4 and MT5 appear in tracked accounts, and other provider articles discuss VPS hosting. These can be compatible arrangements: a cloud service can operate a MetaTrader terminal. The reviewed sources do not map the execution and hosting chain for each current system.
Trading strategies, machine learning and technical evidence
The research recorded several Myfxbook accounts labeled Real, using MT4 or MT5. Those observations support the existence of tracked trading accounts; they do not identify the code responsible for every trade. NurpAlgos profile.
Nurp attributes ML functions to selected systems, including Argos and Buterin. No public architecture, feature set, training data or validation report was identified. Product-level ML descriptions.
NURP’s disclosures describe monitoring and retraining. The reviewed sources did not identify the cadence, triggers, version log, drift reports or rollback process. Model and retraining disclosures.
Provider material uses market-neutral terminology. Complete exposure history and a testable neutrality definition were not located. Strategy description.
The reviewed material does not supply reproducible entry/exit rules, sizing formulas, concurrent-position limits or portfolio-correlation controls.
No current, system-specific technical evidence established whether grid, martingale, averaging or recovery mechanisms are present or absent. Community interpretations, win rates and drawdown statistics cannot settle that question.
NURP performance: the NurpAlgos Myfxbook records
The September 1 research records the NurpAlgos biography identifying it as NURP’s official tracking profile. These are four separate accounts with different brokers, platforms, leverage and histories. The figures below are historical Myfxbook display values, not a combined return, a customer average or an audit. A complete fresh snapshot and current verification-badge states were not obtained for this revision.
| Record | Account snapshot | Important limit |
|---|---|---|
| Argos ↗ | Real USD; MT5; GNT Capital; 1:100; 21.91% drawdown; profit factor 1.45; average trade 2 days. | Balance USD 776,961.30; equity about 85.8% of balance. Large recorded deposits and withdrawals require cash-flow reconciliation. |
| Helios ↗ | Real USD; MT5; Earnex; 1:100; 17,967 trades; profit factor 1.59; average trade 2 days. Drawdown 5.08%. | Balance USD 138,027.80; equity 98.26% of balance. Not named among the four principal homepage algorithms. |
| Midas ↗ | Real USD; MT4; Blaze Markets; 1:200; 721 trades; profit factor 2.51; average trade 4h26m. Drawdown 26.42%. | Balance and equity USD 68,048.76 at capture. Not named among the four principal homepage algorithms. |
| Zeus ↗ | Real USD; MT5; Fusion Markets; 1:500; 429 trades; profit factor 1.12; average trade 11h43m. Drawdown 6.03%. | Balance USD 51,553.29; equity about 100.4% of balance. Product/version mapping is unresolved. |
What the records establish
- The research documents several separately named tracking accounts.
- Real account labels appear in the captured records.
- Both MT4 and MT5 are represented.
- Broker names and leverage labels differ.
- The captured gains and drawdowns differ materially.
Important limitations
- Tracking is narrower than an independent audit.
- Open trades were private in these accounts at capture.
- Current Track Record and Trading Privileges states were not reconfirmed.
- The tracker inventory does not provide a clear current-product map.
- Showcase settings are not proven equivalent to customer settings.
- Cash flows and account selection affect interpretation.
How to read these figures: Gain, balance, equity and drawdown are different fields. Argos’s equity-to-balance percentage is a snapshot ratio, not its maximum historical drawdown. Deposits and withdrawals also mean a high Gain figure cannot be read as the percentage increase in current cash balance. See verification and visibility and ATI’s drawdown guide.
Other NURP Myfxbook accounts and historical records
The wider research contains positive and negative results across differently named accounts. It is not a representative customer sample or a league table.

A different account from the Nurp-profile All Weather record above. Do not combine the results. |
The Nurp-profile All Weather capture records USD 50,000 in deposits, USD 40,951 in withdrawals and zero remaining balance/equity. The zero balance should therefore not be described as the loss of the entire deposit. More generally, names, testimonials and user-applied labels do not establish unchanged software, risk or execution conditions.
What Myfxbook verification can establish
NURP links to third-party tracking, but account verification, trade visibility and a software audit answer different questions.
Myfxbook’s documentation defines Track Record verification as a match between displayed history and the broker-platform history. Trading Privileges verification checks that the person adding the account has the master password or ability to trade. These checks do not establish which code placed each trade or whether a customer receives identical settings.
The September 1 research could identify the field names but did not establish every badge’s visual state. The page should therefore not claim that all listed accounts passed both checks. Public access also does not mean every open position or historical detail is visible.
The homepage’s broad verification wording should be read against each account’s actual visibility and current status. A source-linked account is useful evidence; independent validation of the software, model and customer outcomes would require additional work.
For the broader distinction, see ATI’s guide to backtests and live trading results.
NURP risk controls and maximum drawdown
Historical tracker drawdown is an observation, not a programmed maximum.
The homepage also lists All Weather subsystem stops of 2–11% and Talos average subsystem risk of 1.5%. A subsystem parameter is not automatically an account-wide loss cap. Historical drawdown, intended stop risk and actual execution losses must be assessed separately; stops can fill beyond their trigger during gaps or illiquid conditions.
The homepage describes default stops that users can adjust, while the January 2026 manual refers to 3.5% per-trade protection and 30% maximum-drawdown protection. The reviewed material does not map those settings to every account or current algorithm. A higher drawdown on a differently configured account does not by itself prove a particular stop failed.
In a March 2025 customer spotlight, a customer described severe drawdown and manually pausing currency pairs. This is a provider-published account of one experience, not independently verified evidence of a default rule or a typical customer result.
Backtesting and historical performance claims
NURP publishes historical figures and discusses backtesting in educational material. The homepage explicitly labels All Weather’s 13.9% historical drawdown as backtested. Published product figures.
The reviewed material does not provide a reproducible system-specific package covering the test period, instrument universe, data source, trading costs, slippage, leverage, validation split, stress tests and the code version used in both tests and live operation.
The dated Myfxbook observations and provider-published historical tests remain separate evidence. Missing public methodology limits independent evaluation; it does not establish that testing was never performed.
NURP setup, capital requirements and monitoring
Nurp describes white-glove onboarding, broker linking, algorithm selection, configurable risk and dashboard monitoring. Published user manual · Onboarding description.
NURP’s account-monitoring article says users should monitor the account. Public support channels exist, but the reviewed sources do not establish overnight incident coverage, escalation authority or response-time guarantees. Automated execution does not remove the need to understand risk settings and open positions.
Capital requirements vary: the homepage lists a USD 10,000 general entry deposit, with algorithm minimums of USD 20,000 for Argos and Buterin and USD 50,000 for All Weather and Talos. The solutions page separately lists a USD 25,000 minimum deposit for its platform offers. These are account-capital figures, not software prices. Confirm the requirement for the exact product and account type in writing.
Before activation, obtain the current broker/hosting instructions, permission scopes, selected risk settings and the procedure for pausing or closing positions. The public manual includes older strategy names and should be checked against the version being supplied.
NURP refund policy and cancellation terms
Summary only. The exact signed order form and current terms control.
The May 26, 2026 terms section states a no-refund default unless NURP agrees otherwise in writing for a particular product or service. Recurring fees are described as non-refundable. Terms source.
The supplied research identifies an offer-specific trial page. It does not establish a universal 30-day or 60-day guarantee. Request the exact written exception and its conditions for the selected offer. Terms source.
The May 2026 section lists billing@nurp.com, postal mail, telephone and the site’s self-service portal as cancellation methods. Confirm receipt, the final charge date and when access ends. Terms source.
The terms reserve suspension and termination rights in specified circumstances. The reviewed material does not explain the complete handoff of open trades, credentials or configuration after access ends. Terms source.
The posted terms specify Florida law, individual confidential arbitration, a class-action waiver and procedural limits. These are contractual statements; this review does not determine enforceability or an individual customer’s legal rights. Terms source.
The newer terms authorize consumer credit checks and describe promotional use of submitted testimonials, identity details and other submissions. Review those permissions alongside the privacy policy. Terms source.
The terms page retains several versions. Its September 2024 wording promises cancellation within three business days and continued access through the charge cycle. Those promises do not appear in the May 2026 cancellation clause reviewed here. They should not be presented as confirmed current terms without written clarification.
Cancelling software access, obtaining a service refund and closing brokerage positions are separate actions. The written refund policy does not establish reimbursement of trading losses.
Outages, open positions and stopping the software
Nurp's disclosures acknowledge software, broker, connectivity, data and market risks. Software and execution risks.
Connection or hosting failure
A locally running process and a remotely hosted process have different failure dependencies. The reviewed sources do not map those dependencies to each current NURP system.
Open positions
Stopping automation does not establish that every brokerage position is closed. Which protective orders or exit functions continue requires system-specific confirmation.
Broker or market stress
Spread expansion, slippage, rejected orders, leverage and margin constraints may alter results or liquidation risk.
Cancellation or provider outage
Token revocation, configuration export, continued position management and provider-shutdown procedures are not public.
NURP brokers, account eligibility and platform requirements
The September 1 tracking research records GNT Capital, Earnex, Blaze Markets, Fusion Markets and Ox Securities across different accounts. The wider records show account leverage labels from 1:50 to 1:500; those labels do not establish actual exposure or suitability. NurpAlgos · Separate Nurp profile.
The provider manual also names FOREX.com and Interactive Brokers. A name in a guide or tracking account does not prove endorsement, universal compatibility or availability in every jurisdiction. The reviewed material did not establish a complete current broker-by-system matrix or referral-compensation schedule.
The CFTC RED List entry for OX Securities Pty Ltd / OX Securities Limited (SV) gives an addition date of 29 May 2025. It says the entity appeared to conduct U.S.-customer activity requiring registration without being registered. The CFTC expressly states that listing is not a finding of a legal violation. This is a notice about the named broker, not an action against NURP or proof of a current referral relationship.
Who operates NURP?
The September 1 research capture of the Florida corporate register identifies NURP, LLC as an active foreign LLC with Wyoming as its home jurisdiction. Current registry status and underlying formation documents were not independently refreshed in this revision.
The captured Florida record names The Kraspa Trust as manager and gives a Miami address. The NURP team page names Jeff Sekinger as founder and CEO and describes technical and customer-support roles. Team biographies do not independently establish authorship of a particular algorithm or its results.
The Wyoming filing link identifies the record referenced in the dossiers, but the research itself notes an access challenge for underlying documents. The review therefore does not present a fresh Wyoming good-standing determination.
Financial regulation and public legal records
NURP’s terms and disclosures describe a software and education business that does not provide personalized investment or commodity-trading advice or direct customer accounts.
These are the provider’s stated legal and operating positions. The review did not conduct a complete current registration or enforcement audit, and it does not determine whether the actual services require financial authorization in a customer’s jurisdiction. Corporate registration and financial-services permission are different questions.
The public Bell v. NURP docket summary records a voluntary dismissal without prejudice on 7 August 2025. The NURP v. Data Services docket summary identifies NURP and Block Holding as plaintiffs in a separate 2026 contract matter. Neither summary establishes trading-software wrongdoing or a liability finding against NURP.
These are republished docket summaries, not a complete current court-file review. Allegations, procedural filings and decisions on the merits have different evidentiary weight. Public dockets are also not a complete inventory of customer disputes.
Account permissions, customer data and security
NURP says customers retain brokerage control. That claim should be assessed separately from the permissions granted to software, integrations or support staff.
The privacy policy describes collection of contact, billing, demographic, HubSpot and brokerage-ID information for service, support and marketing. It says personal information is not rented or sold, while allowing specified sharing and uses.
The policy describes SSL for payment transmission and acknowledges internet-security limitations. The reviewed sources do not establish token storage, withdrawal restrictions, mandatory MFA, staff access, key rotation, penetration testing or independent security attestations for the trading integrations.
The terms also address consumer credit checks and use of submitted testimonials. Obtain the applicable permissions and data-handling explanation before connecting an account; a general privacy statement does not demonstrate an independently tested technical control.

NURP customer reviews and community discussions
Public reviews describe both helpful onboarding and difficult trading or support experiences. They are reports from individual reviewers, with different accounts and expectations.
In the Trustpilot material, positive themes include patient explanations, setup help and responsive relationship managers. Critical themes include connection delays, difficulty getting help during live problems, drawdowns and the need for monitoring. The review did not authenticate the reviewers’ brokerage records.
The supplied research also references Forex Peace Army, a Reddit discussion and Myfxbook community threads. Anonymous descriptions of grid or martingale-like behavior are research leads; they do not establish the mechanics of a current release.
NURP’s official YouTube channel and provider-hosted customer stories can help explain what is marketed. Their outcome claims should be checked against named accounts and source dates. Provider responses and customer allegations should be assessed together rather than treated as findings.
The material does not provide a controlled, independently selected distribution of customer returns, settings and account histories. Reviews and testimonials cannot establish a typical result.
Four points to clarify with NURP
Product inventory
Match the advertised algorithm to its current build, dated documentation and the exact tracking account being offered as evidence.
Performance visibility
Check verification states, open-trade visibility and account settings. A link to Myfxbook is not the whole verification process.
Deployment model
Confirm who hosts each component and what continues after a device, service or broker connection fails.
Which terms apply
Use the dated agreement for the specific offer. Older cancellation wording on the same page should not be imported into the newer terms.
Questions to ask before using NURP
Which algorithms are currently available, and what version/build is each customer running?
Ask for the current release register and a dated explanation of product names appearing in older pages and trackers.
Which exact Myfxbook record supports each current algorithm?
Ask for a dated mapping that explains missing, renamed, deleted and tracker-only records.
Do customers receive the same settings and execution environment as showcase accounts?
Code build, risk multiplier, broker, account type, leverage, latency and intervention policy should each be addressed.
Where does each algorithm run, and what continues during an outage?
Ask whether execution is on Nurp cloud infrastructure, a broker API, MT4/MT5, copy-trading servers or a customer VPS.
What permissions does Nurp or an integration provider receive?
Ask how withdrawal restrictions, token storage, staff access, rotation and revocation can be independently checked.
What are the binding account-level risk limits?
Ask for per-trade, subsystem, daily-loss, equity, margin, aggregate exposure and correlation limits for every current system.
Can the system add to losing positions or use basket-recovery logic?
Grid, martingale, averaging, hedging and progressive sizing should be answered system-by-system.
What happens to open positions after pause, cancellation or provider failure?
Ask which stops remain broker-side and which management functions require a live service connection.
What evidence supports the machine-learning claims?
Ask for training data, validation, retraining triggers, drift monitoring, human approval, versioning and rollback controls.
Which brokers are supported, and is any referral compensation received?
Eligibility, legal entity, customer jurisdiction and introducing-broker or rebate arrangements should be stated in writing.
What refund language applies to the exact signed offer?
Request the signed offer, any written refund exception, the cancellation effective date and confirmation of the final billing and access dates.
What support is available during an urgent live-trading incident?
Ask about overnight coverage, escalation targets, incident communications and support authority over the account.

How this NURP review was prepared
This review draws on compiled research and selected public sources. Performance and corporate observations retain the 1 September 2026 research date. Selected source wording was checked on 15 September 2026.
The recheck covered product pages, the user manual, terms, disclosures, privacy, team descriptions, customer-review material, Myfxbook verification guidance, the CFTC broker notice and the cited docket summaries. Access to tracking pages was inconsistent, and the corporate-register detail could not be refreshed. The account tables retain the dated research observations and are not a live feed.
ATI did not operate a funded account, authenticate private customer statements, inspect code, test permissions or reproduce the backtests. Findings are limited to what the cited evidence supports.
- Established: a fact, document or source statement is supported by the reviewed record; published wording is not proof of production behavior.
- Partially established: supporting evidence exists, with material limits.
- Provider claim: a statement attributed to NURP without independent validation here.
- Not established: the reviewed sources do not substantiate the point.
- Conflicting information: source descriptions differ and the record does not resolve the difference.
Missing evidence, a deleted account or a filed lawsuit does not by itself establish misconduct. Read ATI’s research methodology and publication disclosure.
